You’re not here for filler.
Not for fluff.
Not for the movies that fade before the next scroll.
You’re here for stories that matter — ones that change the way you see the world… and perhaps your place in it.
See a film about resistance, heart, and the fierce art of staying true to yourself.
A secret screening that reminds us why documentaries still matter — and why we watch them together.
We will begin the night by screening ‘Our Grandmother The Inlet’, a documentary short directed by local directors Kayah George and Jaime Gianopoulos, which explores the healing power of the Tsleil-Waututh Nation’s sacred waters as an act of resistance against the industrial forces weighing on Indigenous youth. This will be followed by a quick Q&A.
