For the second year running, VIFF invited Filmable to bring a hand-picked group of filmmakers from our community to the festival — and the response was overwhelming. Nearly 40 filmmakers applied, each one demonstrating just how much creative energy is pulsing through our community right now.
After much consideration, we’re proud to introduce the eight filmmakers who make up Filmable’s 2025 Delegation to VIFF. These delegates will step into the heart of the festival, exploring industry talks, forging connections, and diving into conversations with artists working across film, music, and mixed media.
This delegation isn’t just about attending panels — it’s about creating space for emerging voices to be seen, heard, and inspired. We can’t wait to see what ideas, collaborations, and sparks of inspiration come from this year’s cohort.
