Coaching Conversations on Inclusive Leadership Workshop
Creating meaningful change in film and television requires more than intention—it demands courageous, informed, and inclusive leadership. This intensive workshop is designed for leaders at every stage of their journey, whether initiating change, navigating resistance, or strengthening existing inclusive practices.
Grounded in Natasha Tony’s intersectional approach, the session blends coaching principles with real-world production insight. Participants will gain practical tools to build culturally aware, equitable, and high-performing production environments.
What You’ll Gain
Building Cultural Awareness
Explore how dominant culture shapes workplace dynamics within film and television. Learn to recognize bias, understand power and hierarchy, and interrupt exclusionary practices to create space for diverse perspectives.
Coaching Through Sensitive Situations
Develop the confidence and language to navigate complex conversations around identity, performance, hierarchy, and workplace harm. Through guided discussion and scenario-based learning, you will strengthen your ability to lead with empathy and professionalism.
Boundaries and Conflict Navigation
Discover practical strategies for setting clear boundaries, responding rather than reacting under pressure, and managing conflict constructively. Build the skills needed to foster trust and psychological safety across teams.
Inspiring Inclusive Teams
Understand how inclusive leadership enhances creativity, productivity, and morale. Learn how to model accountability, communicate vision with clarity, and cultivate a culture rooted in respect and collaboration.
This workshop offers a practical, reflective, and action-oriented space for leaders committed to shaping more balanced and inclusive production environments. Participants will leave with concrete strategies and renewed clarity to lead meaningful organizational change.
